Ulverstone Twilight Cycling Criterium Festival – Bicentennial Park, Dial Street, Ulverstone. For the first time in 131 years, the carnivals will kick-off with a twilight cycling criterium festival in Ulverstone on Boxing Day.  Start-Finish Line: Dial Street, Bicentennial Park.  4.30pm: Masters, 18 laps of a 1.1km circuit (19.8kms).  5.15pm: Women, 18 laps of a 1.1km circuit (19.8kms).  6.15pm: Men, 30 laps of a 1.1km circuit (33kms).  Whilst the cycling itself will run from 4.30 to 7.15pm, there will also be a festival in Bicentennial Park which will run from 4.30pm to 8.30pm – with live entertainment from popular local retro rock band “The Collective” who will perform a range of hit songs you just can’t help but dance to, along with food vendors and children’s entertainment.
