What are you doing this Australia Day? The Central Coast Council is celebrating what is great about Australia by hosting a Breakfast by the Leven, in Anzac Park. Australia Day is a day for all Australians to unite through celebration and this event will bring together our community in an informal setting where all the family can relax and enjoy themselves.
We encourage you to do what you would normally do at home in the backyard of our community. Whatever your thing, we’d love for you and your family to spend the morning with us on the banks of the Leven River. There will be a free breakfast provided, live entertainment from the Ulverstone Municipal Band and local youth Adam Quinn, Face painting, Jumping Castle and more.
Central Coast Council is pleased to announce Adam Mostogl will be the Australia Day Ambassador attending the Breakfast by the Leven.
So come and wave your flag with us from 8.45am on 26 January in ANZAC Park. A formal citizenship ceremony and Australia Day Award presentations will take place at 9.30am to welcome new Australians and recognise those that have made an outstanding contribution to our community.
