SheSails 2020 – Women’s Sailing Day, Leven Yacht Club, Dial Street, Ulverstone 1pm to 4pm. Have you ever wanted to try sailing? Leven Yacht Club will be hosting two SheSails days in February 2020. SheSails is all about enjoying your sailing adventure in a fun, friendly and safe environment. We offer a safe, fun and relaxed introduction to the Leven Yacht Club and to the sport of sailing by pairing you with experienced female sailors in a range of different boats to ensure that you can choose your level of comfort or excitement. SheSails aims to: Promote and celebrate female participation in the sport of sailing and provide new and existing female sailors with the opportunity to enjoy activities at their local sailing club with like-minded people. Cost $5 (includes afternoon tea). Bring a wetsuit or clothes that are comfortable and you can get wet, sneakers or wetsuit boots that can also get wet, hat towel and a change of clothes.
