Bottling Fruit and Veg

Bottling Fruit and Veg – RESEED Centre, 30 King Edward Street, Penguin, 2pm to 5pm. Join us for a relaxed afternoon of preserving fruit and veg. This will be a casual workshop – learning as we bottle fruit and veg together. Bring (if you can): produce for bottling (we have peaches and pears – all fruit and veg welcome, even zucchinis. Your favourite peeler, knife and chopping board. Fowler’s jars, lids, clips, and sealing rings. Don’t worry if you don’t have any of these things.
