The Great Australian Craft Show is just like any other CraftAlive just online (instead of in person).

Sadly, people can’t attend a CraftAlive event right now so CraftAlive are bringing the event to you.

A bold new online venture set-up by CraftAlive and sponsors to support the Australian Sewing and Craft community.

The ‘doors’ will open from 9.30am Friday 1 May (EDST).

The event will feature over 100 craft exhibitors.

What will the event look like? How will it work?

At 9.30am this Saturday, the event will appear on the CraftAlive website. The homepage menu has been updated with The Great Australian Craft Show.

Customers head to the event page, which will contain the very impressive list of exhibitors. Listed alphabetically, with the ability to search by category.

Customers click on each exhibitor name to be taken to their detailed listing – to watch their video and peruse their product listings and specials.

Customers can ‘wander around’ the shops online.

Just like an event, exhibitors will ‘man their stands’ running demonstrations, special offers and with welcoming chatter. But instead of a physical stand, exhibitors will interact via the CraftAlive Facebook page.

The event runs from 9.30am Friday 1 May to 4pm Monday 4 May (EST). The event details will however remain online in the evening for customers to revisit and shop after hours.
