Surf Life Saving Tasmania is offering free ‘come and try it’ water safety programs throughout the month of January at several beaches along the northwest coast.

They've designed two fun and interactive programs for children eager to play and learn, or adults seeking more confidence in the water:
- 'Leap into Lifesaving' for kids aged 5-12yrs
- 'Water Safety Sessions' for adults and teens
