NEW WORKSHOP – Sing, Smile and Roar in this music-making and instrument-creating workshop with musician Meghan Philp

Hive is excited to bring you a brand-new music workshop this Summer holidays!

Come along and get creative making your own maraca (that you get to take home!) and then test out your percussion skills, not to mention singing skills with voice and piano teacher Meghan Philp. Meghan will have her keyboard ready to play some familiar songs such as Katy Perry’s hit “Roar”! If you like to sing, we think you are just going to love to ROAR!!!

Suitable for ages 5+.

This is a family-friendly event so parents are welcome to buy a ticket and participate in the workshop too!

This workshop is presented by Meghan Philp. Meghan is an inspiring professional voice and piano teacher who lives on the Central Coast having recently returned from Japan. Meghan has a passion and talent for teaching music to children worldwide!

This hands-on workshop is also suitable for interested children attending without adults however an ability to follow the presenter’s instructions is required. If your child is disruptive, you will be asked to come and collect them for everybody’s safety.

Participants will need to be at Hive by the designated start time. Adults are welcome to stay with their children or to leave them, but we ask that they are picked up promptly at the end of the workshop.
