Dr Martin George is the Principal Astronomer at Hive in Ulverstone. Martin's planetarium duties include running shows. Shows include a live night sky presentation and responding to astronomical questions. Martin produces materials for the planetarium. He has been passionate about astronomy since childhood and loves astronomical history.

Martin will share aspects of astronomy that fascinate him. This will include some of the great discoveries, since he first began looking at the sky as a young child. Martin will explain his role within the International Planetarium Society and the importance of planetariums in the community.
