Small classes (up to 8 students) in Annette’s beautiful home studio in a rural location only 3 km from Penguin.
Enjoy the peace classes with a backdrop of a forest and Bass Strait and the sound of the bush birds. You will complete a Client Information sheet and enjoy a yoga practice consisting of settling and breathwork, yoga postures that are modified for the season with individual variation and a relaxation or guided meditation.
Pilates consists of centering, learning how to engage specific core and stabilising muscles and follows specific practices for strength, stability, mobility and balance.
To ensure hygiene please bring your own yoga mat and blanket. Cushions and straps and some mats are provided.
